Information You Provide Directly
When you use Hoiball, you may provide information including:

Your display name, profile photo, player number, preferred position, team information, and other profile details you choose to provide.
Team and Match Information:
Information related to teams, squad lists, match details, attendance responses, starting lineup arrangements, internal team arrangements, match history, opponent information, and team badges.
Payment and Collection Information:
Information used by Team Admins to track team-related payments, attendance fees, payment status, and collection records. Hoiball does not directly process payment card details unless handled through third-party payment or App Store services.
User Communications:
Messages, chat content, comments, or other communications you send through the App.
Customer Support Information:
Information you provide when contacting us for support, reporting bugs, giving feedback, or making enquiries.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:
Device information, operating system, App version, crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, IP address, and usage activity within the App.
We may use service providers and Software Development Kits (SDKs) to collect this information for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, security, and App improvement purposes.

Firebase:
We use Firebase for backend data storage, authentication, cloud functions, analytics, and crash reporting. Firebase may collect technical and usage information to provide these services securely.
Apple Services:
If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription, such as Team Pro Monthly, Apple processes the purchase through the App Store. We may receive limited subscription-related information from Apple, such as subscription status, renewal status, transaction identifiers, and product identifiers. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
Other Service Providers:
We may use other cloud, analytics, communication, or infrastructure providers to support the App.
Any information we obtain from third parties will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Third-party services may also process your information according to their own privacy policies.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as Apple subscription management pages or external policy pages. Hoiball is not intended for use by children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. Hoiball may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, including Team Pro Monthly. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment processing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds according to Apple’s own terms and policies.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
